Prices

Our pricing structure is based on a minimum monthly retainer of 5 non-rolling hours at a fixed rate of £30 per hour. Any additional hours beyond the agreed-upon retainer will be billed at a rate of £35 per hour. For clients who prefer not to commit to a retainer, we offer ad-hoc hours at a rate of £35 per hour.

For larger projects, we can discuss a custom ad-hoc pricing arrangement based on the project's scope and complexity.

If work requires in-person meetings or minute-taking at a specific location, we can discuss the details further based on the location.

The retainer model provides us with a predictable workload and ensures that we can allocate sufficient time and resources to meet your needs. This helps us avoid situations where we may not have the availability to accommodate your requests.

It's important to note that the agreed-upon retainer hours must be utilised within the same month and cannot be carried over to the next month. This allows us to maintain a clear understanding of our monthly workload and capacity.
